Why do I use applications?

Bensonfit was never about making a training method that was for everyone. Though I am not shy about helping someone in need, I am selective in choosing applicants to work with. I understand how hard it can be to do something new, the difficulties of breaking old habits and the discomfort of the unknown. Especially in the seemingly dark times that are upon us, but in all of the darkness a light can be seen and that light reveals a choice, stay in the dark or create a spark ourselves. The ability to bring back health is not a singular event but a reoccurring one. So why do we wait? Our goals, dreams, wishes and opportunities do not become a reality by inaction but through action. PRIVATE

   This training is generally reserved for people who need to come back from a new or unresolved injury  and athletes. This is typically done at the clients home or at a sport specific location.

   Group training is suggested for friends or family who are all working towards their health goals. Working with others allows us to challenge ourselves in a healthy way while pushing all the participants towards a better version of themselves.

   Couples training is great for anyone in a relationship who is looking to build a stronger bond with their significant other while increasing their fitness together.

   This gives the ability to be my sole client opening all training methods in the fullest capacity, while in the luxury of your own home. Included in this is your family and friends to join if, when and what they choose. Email directly for availability.
