BASELINE PROGRAM

Barbell and Kettlebell Weights

   When designing the baseline for the program I applied the same principles that I discovered with my own recovery to optimize your results. This consists of three main groups: Impact training, Internal repair and Nutrition.

Impact training is a wide variety of physical conditioning for the body consisting mostly of soft and hard adjustments, manual muscular shifting, physical memory and musculoskeletal development or repair.

Internal repair is comprised of organ function, hormonal balance, gastrointestinal health and lymphatic (adrenal, thyroid and lymph nodes) movement.

Nutrition is predominantly made up of micronutrients, live bacteria, food activation, digestion and antinutrients.  These are further neutralized, extracted or cultured to create a healthy environment for the body.

  With these three come some traditional methods such as isolated and complex muscle movements, interval training and circuits.


   Along side all of this is the idea that everything we do has a practical purpose. If it is not applicable to your everyday life, goals or critical to your well being it is shaved off of your fitness plan. Our time is important and I have no intention of wasting it.
